Leadership is a very important to me. I hope to hold a leadership position in my future career. However I believe leadership is not a title or position but a calling that inspires me everyday! My core values motivate my actions and I believe that they will lead me to success.

My team and I created this report. As the team leader, it was my job to format the report, submit it, and assign roles, along with keeping everyone motivated to produce an important project.
In a MIS class, I worked on this excel analysis using several functions and formulas. This project and, the class in general, taught me useful knowledge about excel.
